A few days might go by without too much hassle. You get lulled into thinking things might be stabilizing. Then, the bottom drops out and there you are hating the whole mess again. For some, it's a very difficult decision to make about moving on and it's a very personal one.

By the way, I'm always amazed at former MTs who come back just for the kicks and to criticize. The old hens appear to be you all, looking around for someone or something to peck at and kick up all kinds of dust. Do you really think those kinds of comments are of any use to anyone? Have a nice life.
