Don't you realize they have a stable of lawyers on their speed dial? They know exactly what you are trying to accomplish and they will make your life more miserable than it already is before they fire you. They will put you on PM, etc., to take the necessary steps to avoid a lawsuit. These companies are the devil and have devil's advocates to protect them.
I hope this works out for you, but you better be prepared and the attorney you have may not have any idea of what this place can do to prevent a lawsuit. MM has been down this road before owing MTs money and it went to court and they supposedly lost and the MTs got some membership to that MT forum. Can't think of the name right now, but it used to protect MTs and now they are just as greedy as the companies. In fact, they may be defunct due to the downfall of this job.
Again, good luck and please keep us posted, because if do win, it can open up a whole can of worms for so many MTs and that is what MM/AQ wants to avoid. They are the highest type of crooks out there.
