Has anyone ever worked for a company that required a property agreement where you had an "fob" number assigned to your name which generated passwords and if you did not return the "fob" then you had to pay a fee of like over 1,000 dollars? I have never heard of such a thing until I got ready to work for a company who had to do some kind of extensive security clearance on me that took several weeks, then I finally get this agreement to sign that if I do not return the "fob" I would have to pay this fine?
