At MModal, or if there was one, I missed it. Deleting the extra “cm” was part of their rule where we removed “redundant” dictation. So I removed the extra “cm” for years then one day awhile back I find out on an audit that we don’t do that anymore. Now we leave as dictated. No idea where either of those policies originated or who changed them, but that was my experience too.
