I have heard on here from other ACE employees that when they were "promoted" to ACE that they did get a raise to the top of the tier. I only got a 3% raise at the time. My next HDSM was the one who told me I could request a raise every year, and When I questioned the next HDSM I was moved to about why some were immediately raised to the top, they knew nothing of that rule. I only have one raise to go to get to the top and that raise will not even be as much as 3%.
The only things you can count on working here is that there will never be any consistency in anything, and you will get your paycheck on time.
