I've always been a tier 3. I do think I asked about a raise one time and, of course, never heard a thing. Would love to leave here and MT altogether, but I am not having much luck finding another job. I don't want to stay here, but I am counting down the months (then will be days and probably hours) till early retirement. It won't come soon enough!
