and I LOVE it. I look forward to going to work every day. I know I am lucky to work for a company that really supports it workers, but the customers are not all that bad either. Many are kind and most are at least polite. It is kind of similar to transcribing MT reports in that if you get a bad call the next one may be short and sweet.
