all Customer Service jobs require that you be "nice" to the customer, kind and considerate... I doubt more than 95% of the people on this board could not do that. They are so full of hate and negativity, they would not last one day doing that type of job. People who call customer service are usually angry and upset about something they purchased, and the one that they take it out on is the CS rep. you people could not take that type of response. most of those calls are listened in on by mgt and you would be fired after one retaliatory response. HA! No way Jose!
