Logging in - ea

Is anyone having a problem logging into Fluency? It keeps telling me does not recognize my password, which I have written down right here and used last night!!!! Unbelievable. Last weekend it told me I was restricted to work and contact my manager. My manager said a few other people had the same problem and try to reboot if it ever happens again. For Pete sake..
