My experience with this company is that you will never get a straight answer about anything. They make it up as they go along. You have those "help desk" stooges who tell you one thing that is almost always incorrect and "management" telling you something else. I found them to be most unethical, so I am not surprised by this but saddened. I truly am sorry this has happened to you and all those who are involved and suffering.
