Nuance is a software vendor and it's in their interest to sell documentation software to medical providers. They can use the failure of VDI to clients to justify the use of front-end SR or other systems that don't include MTs or other human interfaces.
My opinion is that all the contracts with MTSOs are probably going to be short term and those MTSOs will be out of business sooner rather than later.
