Yes, they are somewhat limited by what Nuance pays the MTSO, but the MTSO decides our pay.
I make $.04 a line for editing, others make $.035 a line for editing.
MTs will never make a cent more working for a Nuance MTSO. They'll be making what they're making now 10 years from now.
