low wages to the IC MT. So, yes, they do determine the "going rate" or the "industry standard" or whatever other BS phrase is trotted out.
If N pays 10 cents a line to the MTSO, how much of that do you think the MTSO is going to keep for themselves? Every darn penny possible. Why do you think we're being offered only 3.5 cpl in many cases with any cobbled-up excuse they can think of to penalize us to further reduce our pay and keep more of that money in the MTSOs pocket?
