With Nuance getting rid of the MTs, there should be no reason for FIESA to exist now at all, let alone Nuance putting in a new FIESA.
This is going to be used to penalize ICs through the MTSOs to further reduce their line rate based on TAT, QA scores, sending to QA. Just wait, that nightmare will be in full force soon.
At this rate, ICs will have to pay Nuance after all the deductions are made.
