Since their post states 4 cpl for VR and there is nothing - great about that pay - what is it

that they do to make their pay so much better? I know you mentioned bonuses, but how are they structured?

I see ads for this company every few weeks. Do they have a problem with turnover or are they acquiring so many accounts they need the help?

Just seems strange that anyone can make so much money at 4 cpl.
