Definitely NOT worth it to trust nuance, VDI, or any MTSO who signs on with them and agrees to this crap.
I am willing to bet the MTSOs who sign on have a different contract absolving them of all blame and damages due to flockups from the nuance VDI.
Seriously. How much proof does it take for some of you to stop blindly trusting nuance and anything connected with it? How many more disaster and horror stories does it take to show you people that something is drastically wrong with that company and its administration.
Not paranoia. Common sense and seeing what others have experienced and I want to avoid that trouble as much as possible.
