that if medical practices contract with a hospital system they may be obligated to use the hospital's MTSO. That is why your fund of prospects may be smaller. You'll have to do much more cold calling to grab a few clients. Also keep in mind that you will be tied down a lot more with your own clients, as far as taking time off, vacations, illness, etc.
