Because many physicians are attached to hospital systems who take care of their documentation and since many of the younger physicians can keyboard and use SR (Dragon), etc., the number of docs who might be able to use your service is limited, so you'll need to visit many, many offices in order to pick up a few clients. It's not like it used to be in the old days now that we have advanced dictation technologies.
