That is how they train their off-shore people.... By making you stay, having you do the work and then using the recorded voice and your transcription of it to train. When their people are trained, they will make your life miserable, take away any benefits and/or PTO, decreasing your pay and/or they let you go, no notice. You are correct... Bastards.
