Yes I said anyone can quit, but that does not change the fact that we should be getting paid for doing all parts of our job, not just the production part. If M*MODAL is making us do other things as "part of our job" then we are legally supposed to be getting paid for it! Hard to believe anyone would not agree with that. Sure anyone can quit if they do not like that, but it still does not relieve M*MODAL from the legalities of being required to pay for all parts of our job duties.
