We are filling in demographic information before we are typing/editing aka producing lines. We get paid for producing lines, not for the data entry. Being at will has nothing to do with the fact that M*MODAL is supposed to be paying for any and all work duties we do as part of our job. YES we can quit if we don't like it, but they legally are supposed to be paying for all work duties we do that are part of our job. We are only getting paid for producing lines, not adding data into demographics. I am pretty sure that is what was meant above.
