I get one or two jobs start of my shift at 3 pm almost every day. We're expected to wait 6 minutes then time out. Well if we sit and wait for one job at a time, then we end up below our minimum production and get "corrective action." I'm so fed up with this stupid @#s company. Same as it always has been since back in the 90s when I worked for them. Nothing changed other than they expect us to time in and work a schedule, then when the work is not available, expect us to work on our days off and, like above stated, take work for people who are scheduled on those days. It just keeps going around and around. I wish everyone would just quit all at once. . . it would be so worth it to just tell them to shove it. Looking for other work and considering going back to school after 33 years in this field . . . horrible manager besides. Miss LM and a greater manager that kept us in work.
