The N contract CLEARLY stated N can access your computer any time they want, do scans any time they want, look at whatever they want but then N throws in a line that they will "try" not do look at any personal information. If by "accident" they damage any personal info you are totally responsible for any and all damage N causes. That is just a very small portion of what N tells you that want access to at any time.
You made a lot of assumptions about a contract you know nothing about and your assumptions have nothing to do with the actual legality of the contract. You are so misinformed as to of what others are going through.
