As the accounts are transitioned to wherever (India, "different transcription tool" etc.) they let the MLS go. I was as you describe, credentialed and always good metrics, but my accounts just began to disappear one by one. I don't think it has much to do with performance at all. It was just in their master plan to move accounts and eliminate us all.
