Perhaps they want you to use AutoCorrect as opposed to a 3rd party expander because they can somehow track your expansions through autocorrect where they cannot in an outside expander. Perhaps they will deduct even more pay for every time you use an expansion, as those are not considered "key strokes"? Just a thought.
