when you want. No set schedules. The program is easy to use in my opinion. Staff is very respectful. My stress level is almost nill here except when my queu is full of work, but that is due to me caring about getting the work done. I have worked for Nuance, Medquist, and many, many others. I was ready for a change of pace and got it. All you can do is apply and see if it fits your needs. Good luck.
