Just got off the phone with the SS office. As long as we were married for 9 months and he passed away while we were married, I will qualify for his SS at 60. (If we had divorced, we would have had to have been married for 10 years, but then I could qualify for his SS).
Yay....less than 2 1/2 years go go!!!
