I need out. I spend NJA and time not working being open to other options. honesty I have been trying to get out for years and then I get complacent, lulled back into a situation that I can tolerate. Until I cant, and then I start over. This time though, it does not matter what they want do do, or are doing. I will do excellent work with what they give me, and work on getting on. It was good while it was. Not sure if that was helpful to you. I hope you can grab some of your power back and choose for you. peace.
