back my husband and I figured out that it gets messed up if you are trying to access info about 2 different accounts. My husband's work is also on UltiPro, so he has to check his account on his computer only and I check my account only on my computer. This fixed the problems. You probably don't have the same situation, but I thought I'd share this tip just in case.
