My hubby's company recently switched from ADP to Ultipro and he has had problems getting on his too. He kept getting told that his password was incorrect, all of his answers for his questions were wrong. He had to go in and have it fixed. Came home, changed the password, went to log in and was told his password was incorrect. He said more and more people have been having this problem where he works too. It is not just you, but I do not know the answer to help.
