I just wanted to give some info I received today. One Nuance client has over 60 hours of dictation in their Q. I'm not currently on this account, but the OM sends updates a couple of times a day on the volume. I offered to switch to that account for a few hours today since my primary is caught up and the OM said the client is not currently adding any logins for the account...
I find this total craziness! If there is 60 HOURS of dictation needing typed, they should move hell or high water to get this done as I'm sure it's affecting patient care!
I've worked for Nuance for 13 years and THIS is the stupidity we deal with...
