been outsourced to the handful of US MTSOs that have sprouted up taking on Nuance accounts. Saves Nuance the cost of employee overhead while still owning the account. The MTSOs are paying peanuts because they obviously are getting peanuts from Nuance for the work. Hopefully, clients will wake up and see what this company has done to faithful, long term employees and all in the name of GREED.
