The thought of NOT renewing when they took down all their servers last summer without notice-leaving us in a HUGE bind (I did not know about this site at that time or it would have been utilized)...crossed my mind. I know things happen but we could not even get anyone on the phone during this time. We used a different company for that time-which was NOT any better. For some unforseen reasons our company chose to renew (against better judgement)....ugh.
