Makes you feel like it doesn't matter how good an employee you tried to be, you were just as vulnerable as the person who was breaking all the rules because he/she would actually like to be laid off. I always thought the managers would have the last word. I guess none of us likes to feel it could come down something so random. Then again, it's nice to know you didn't necessarily do anything to bring it on either. Thanks for the insight.
