I was not laid off at that point though, just on partial UE and getting incredibly frustrated with the low work volume I was receiving and Nuance's refusal to lay me off.
I guess I have to try again - it's actually Nuance's responsibility too, they are supposed to write to us. Fat chance of that happening.
Can I ask how you proved you were eligible then? I had been told alternately that I would be eligible for some things, but then when I met the actual person doing the TAA administration in my area she said I had to receive a letter with my name on it and present it or I could not be considered for any of the TAA benefits.
