In Georgia I believe (thank goodness for them!). Once the petition was certified it is applied to all of us laid off for a certain time period, I believe like 2 years or something. It was certified at the end of March.
Okay, I realize I gave the wrong link, sorry. I will fix it. The one below is the certified petition for TAA. I brought it in to UE and they told me I need to have something like that with my name on it sent to me otherwise they couldn't action it.
