When I was laid off in April I did not receive a personal letter regarding my eligibility for TAA but found the information on government website and made a copy. When I talked with someone regarding UE they gave me a number to call regarding TAA and though there was a brief period of confusion because Georgia was the state it was filed in, they did some checking and found I was eligible for TAA. So I would NOT wait for a personal letter saying you’re eligible; I would check on it when you file for UE. Hope this is helpful.
