3rd Call Yesterday - Jaggar

The way it was done is totally unacceptable. It was like having a robot talking to you. It is offensive and rude. A short phone call or even a nice e-mail would have been better. We are still human beings even though apparently we are the lowest of lowest on the food chain. Totally unacceptable
