Interesting about the BOS. All I know is we used to be expected to delete redundant text as per BOS, and now they are giving us audit feedback to leave as is, and my PC agreed. In order of priority, we follow Client Profile, Best Practices, then BOS. If I have time to check BP today, I'll see if that is where the change is coming from.
