I found out the same way, by having QA tell me, then checking with my PC. They used to tell us to take out redundant text, but apparently now we can leave it, so we can leave "4 cm x 4 cm" and we can type "the patient had had disease" without taking out the second "had." The funny thing is, my PC acted like she had no idea what I was talking about when I asked. So it's nice to see you asking about this!! I was starting to think it was just me.
