Terrible place to work IMO. What you would be doing is assisting them in taking money from your pocket on a daily basis with their abbreviations, excessive verbiage BS, counting, etc. A thief is a thief whether they take your money with speech wreck or under the guise of excessive verbiage and making a chart not cumbersome for the reader by taking out verbs and almost everything else to make it readable. They have a multitude of bad dictators both EFL and ESL and they allow them to be as awful as they want instead of disciplining them and demanding they submit good dictation products. These are Their employees. Their platform is terrible, yet they act like it doesn't cost you valuable time to bounce from clinic to clinic to capture patient lists from the EMR, get set up and then type in not complete sentences. Not to mention copying and pasting blanks, sending them to the lead and then waiting for them to come back in order to correct the report. You can type the words any and some sometimes, but you have to know which times it is acceptable and get inside of a random QA person's head simultaneously. QA is inconsistent always. A lot of changes lately that do not at all benefit the MT and are actually a detriment. They are also sending out webcams into private homes of their MTs despite the fact that they are vulnerable. It's not like we work in an office or other neutral place like management does. They are another Walmart of this industry IMO and their finished charts reflect it as well as how they treat their MTs.
