Paid days off are paid your hourly rate. You work production, which means the more you do, the more you make, then you have an hourly rate, which is not the same as your average production hourly rate. Not sure why you can't get more lines. I average between 2400-3000 per day. And that's with working all the centers in my region. It's a great job, in my opinion.
