And it is 1500 lines on a 50 character count line, easily doable in 23 hours. And I do not consider 8 cpl for an employee position "middle of the road" nowadays when companies are offering 6 cpl and 7 cpl for IC positions. Obviously it is not for everyone and some of their rules do seem rather asinine, but I would certainly not consider them "horrible."
