So yes, as I said, you get paid PTO at a different, lower PTO rate.

The only way you are getting those kind of lines per day, day in and day out working multiple centers and counting to 6 is by working more than 8 hours a day, you have Dr. Wilson or some doctor like that regularly where you can have a shortcuts for entire reports and not the crappy dictators that are more the norm, or you are doing your work on a steno or voice to text machine.

I do not believe you are working multiple centers with bad dictators and following the guidelines and getting 3000 lines in less than 8 hours a day.
