To clarify this, the only "business" that is conducted through Skype is to talk to team leaders and QA if you have questions. Anything above that is done through e-mail. The time difference only affects you during training, as you may have to train with one of the Australian Team Leads (though there are trainers here in the US as well). When you are out of training, you are free to work whatever hours you wish. For the record, I was only in training for three days, so not a big deal.
