It can't be cheap or worthwhile to keep hiring new coders as coders burn out and quit, and there are probably only so many who can work at a fast pace. Why don't they lower the quota some and have incentives? It's like sure, my company may want to raise the LPH on a VBC account to 200 straight, but what kind of results can they expect? Production pay in both fields is so frustrating when the difficulty varies from job to job. It's not like a production line making the same thing over and over.
