They cannot offshore - truck driving.

If I were younger, I would find a partner and do team trucking. My brother and my nephew are truck drivers, and they are never out of work. I am reasonably intelligent (BS/math, MS/statistics), and I would never try coding. My coder friend makes OK money, but she has tons of stress and has a chart quota for coding.
