New to MModal - newbie

Hi, I am new to MModal. When I first started, lots of work and great audits. After about 2 months, I am constantly getting audit results that are unfavorable. Is this common? I am experienced, very, but it just seems I cannot meet their expectations. Also the work is getting low of late now too. Help!
