The army of quality control checkers that they are wasting their money on will find silly mistakes to cut your pay. Sorry, I am certain you are probably a great MT just as we all are, but this is the typical trajectory. Hired. Audit (thousands of audits), performance management. Good luck. I'm not trying to be Debbie Downer just truthful.
