A new account was added recently to my already large account list. The dictators are horrendous except for one...and all she does are sexual assault reports and rape kits. I get this dictator all the time and it's wearing on me. They are more graphic and detailed than I have ever read or heard. I cry through these. Last night, I was a mess. Few of these victims go through with a rape kit. When they do, the details are even more graphic, as you can imagine.
If anyone else does these types of reports....how to do you handle them? How do you separate yourself from the report after it's over? Basically, how do you get through them?
Any input would be great. I really appreciate it.
